Features:
• Radiolucent, typically multilocular with a “soap bubble” or “honeycomb” appearance
• Can be large and destructive with cortical expansion
Demographics:
• Usually seen in adults (3rd to 5th decade)
• More common in the mandible (molar-ramus region)
Presentation:
• Slow-growing, locally aggressive
• Painless swelling of the jaw is common
• Can cause root resorption of adjacent teeth
